The Rice Crispy Factory was founded in 2025 by Ms. Leticia. As an inspired home-baker who enjoys baking sweets for her family, Ms. Rosalez began her entrepenaur journey selling gourmet rice crispy treats at her local community food-markets.

Little did Ms. Rosalez know, she would later launch a on-line store with the support from family and friends who encouraged her to make the transition from local to virtual.

Currently, Ms. Rosalez is managing both an on-line and in-person approach, as she greets her customers near and far. If you do not find Ms. Rosalez at her local community market, you can catch her in the kitchen creating unique flavors.

Ms. Rosalez's innovative approach to baking has helped her reach over 10 rice crispy flavors and her dedication to customer engagement has built meaningful relationships with her community.

Lastly, The Rice Crispy Factory is the only local business in the RGV that sells unique and extra-ordinary gourmet rice crispy treats!
